White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery is what it is... a park dedicated to the soldier who perished in WWI and WWII. Also there may have been some burials from the Vietnam, the Korean war and any other wars within the last century. This was one of the first cemeteries I have ever been in that was a park and cemetery all in one. It sort of feels odd though there is 1000s of flat stones and you never see any monuments or anything of the sort. It is quite easy to walk on peoples stones and not even know it. The cemeteries main entrance is absolutely gorgeous 2 giant stone archways with rod iron gates and a little dedication in the front. The creek runs along the memorial park and there is 100 acres of roads, grassy knoll and giant oak trees. Many of the the stones have a flag, flowers, wreaths Ect by them. Do the departed soldiers haunt this cemetery? Yes although many of them hide behind dark patches of trees or move rather quickly perhaps they watch out of curiosity. Our first visit here and probably our only visit I managed to capture very few ghost you know they are there you can feel them but they very sly in avoiding the camera. The area is very peaceful though you feel so safe here it is the type of place you could sit and look at the stars it is a place of spiritualism a place where one area is the divided in sections such as  Jewish Sections: Beth Am Section, Temple Sinai Section  and a Mt.. Moriah Section. The cemetery is untouched and not an ounce of vandalism. I thought perhaps this place would be more haunted perhaps because some soldiers died of some violent deaths and some perhaps unhappy with what occurred in the past. What is here is very happy though and at peace and so will you if you ever have decided to plan a visit here.
