Smith Cemetery is more of a private little cemetery not to far from Snyder Cemetery down the road. This one is over a century old roughly 2-3 acres and is surrounded by a wooden fence sort of looks like your visiting a horse ranch. I could not find much information about it just that the Smith family has many burials for a few generations. The cemetery is not overly haunted although a large glowing ball of light I seen I got on film. It makes you curious to wonder more about the Smith family were they peaceful people? Did the men fight in the war? Who were they what did they do! Even though we enjoy visiting cemeteries we care also about the history not just that it is haunted or that there might be a ghost there. Perhaps getting to know the Smiths family's history might increase paranormal activity here. Jim told me for years there use to be rod iron surrounding the cemetery and now the wood fence looks recent perhaps they took that out and made the cemetery public rather then private. Most of the activity here that occurs is near the largest stone in the center of this old cemetery.
