Sanford Evergreen perhaps is one of the newest cemeteries in Seminole County and the City of Sanford. Although this is a cemetery of many different veterans from various wars fought this century it seems that that most of the graves have deaths from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s. Their are a few older graves like one that is leaning against a tree from I believe the early 1900s.

The cemetery borders All Souls Catholic Cemetery and Lakeview Cemetery. Their is also alot of woods on two sides of it but most of the cemetery has many evergreen trees that canopy over the gravestones.

I do not have alot of information on this cemetery over time information will come in. But this cemetery is really not much different then Lake View which borders it. When cemeteries in Sanford came into play many different churches established their burial grounds side by side and with land expansions these burial grounds were formed and appear to be for Episcopal guest.
