Pinehurst Cemetery
We then left and with a sigh of relief headed to our last destination of the night. I saved this one for last because I knew this one was bigger well kept and would bring a nice calm to the evening. Right away I fell in love with this cemetery its old brick pillars holding up the rod iron sign and rolling hills really gave it a cozy feeling.
The oldest stones were at the entrance and this was the coolest area of the cemetery. We hiked deep in down a dirt road heard some loud rock music playing maybe someone was having a party. I stayed quite far ahead this time of everybody just exploring various stones. Eventually I came to a hill with a bunch of upper ground burials oh that was amazing there were so many of them but many were well kept fresh flowers, little ceramic angels, flags, etc.
The cemetery had a friendly calm to it something everybody mentioned as far as difference between places as if every spirit here was at peace. We did walk to the edge of the cemetery then found a hidden area which was very dark surrounded on three ends by woods. As we went further back I could hardly see any stones or anybody as my one light at this point had died out. This area to me seemed to be an area where I felt something ghostly could be it was cooler for one.
Also Pam seen something standing next to a tree just watching us I believe it was a lady. She seemed quite harmless perhaps just curious as to who we are. We did separate awhile to check out this area it was very quiet just dark. I did notice a few more flashes in the sky perhaps more meteors. A few times I almost tripped over a stone. We did eventually walk back to the main entrance and to the car. I believe that Joy told me the one time we got some high EMF readings so there was some minor activity here nothing like the first two cemeteries, however. We then headed home.
In conclusion to tonight's reports out new investigators worked quite well and were a huge help so I would like to thank them and of course we will be bringing you many more stories to come. We arrived home very late last night my shoes were so wet and soaked as there were still some after effects left over from the hurricane such as mud puddles and such but the night turned out well. We had gotten 4 places done all of them had activity and we will visit them again in the future. It was really nice for a change to see some come on out take an active role in what we do.
John said he loved it because of the adrenaline rush as we had plenty of interesting intense experiences. We will be visiting more places in roughly two weeks. You must realize how dangerous the work we do is and how much it helps to have others who can help out. As in the course of the night we heard an alligator, dealt with someone following us, another sitting outside the cemetery, an angry ghost and much more. But as a team so much more you can accomplish so just remember when you read our reports, see our photos, keep in mind the energy, time and effort we put into these places. We were very lucky to have as much activity as we did at each place quite a paranormal night indeed!
Peace,
Rick
