Nickplate Railroad, Norfolk & Western Freighthouse and Depot

This place was alot more foreboding an creepier then the last railroad station. This place looked like a giant mansion on the outside but we arrived their no problem. We did notice that the locals around here were very nosy as a man was on his steps giving me the evil on, the bar nearby people were all outside watching us carrying our cameras and gear around but we made it okay:) We approached this 2-3 story building and entered an area that looked like an office perhaps. This place inisde looked fairly confusing many twist and turns around the area. We basically did a walk through their was one room that was all red, another room with old fashioned floor tiles, another room with odd wallpaper, and a darker room filled with supplies. Rather then the place looking like a train depot for freight trains it looked more like a mansion inside as it does outside more or less. We did our walk through and this place made me feel discomfort I felt like we were not alone here and some turns around corners bothered me almost as if we were disturbing something.

However we pushed on and entered the basement. You really do not get an idea how old this place is till you get inside the basement area. When we walked down the wooden steps into the archway down into the basement I felt something go through me my hair was even blowing and my hairs on my arm stood up then 2 seconds later it rushed past mark and shot up the basement steps. Then at this point I knew something was here in this depot. The basement bothered me alot and it was very strange. There was a door made out of old wood locked from the inside, 3 other rooms all made of rocks and cobble stone with wooden supports running along the edges of the walls.Their was a room particulary at the end of one of the halls I felt watched from. We did not overstay our welcome but we managed to take some photos then head back upstairs. Now that we were back upstairs we started to feel certain cold spots in various areas.

But the one thing we focused on finding is a way to get second floor. But guess what folks? The mystery is that their is no way to get to the second floor no stairs, no way up at all, not even a hold or hatch leading to the second floor. This had to be more odd then even the ghost wooshing past me on the basement. A place so large and walking around it for awhile you could clearly see it had a large second story and towers which most likely had attics as well. But yet their was no indication of a way to get upstairs which means either they built a second floor for decoration or somebody sealed it off and took away the stairwell but the question is why? Just looking at the second floor when we went back outside gave me the impression of being watched. But after a few perimeter shots we decided to head to the very haunted Forest Hill Cemetery which I was very excited about.

       The train station:

When we arrived, it looked like a 2 story house. When we arrived to
the place, it was kinda nice. I guess they are restoring it since I
smelled fresh painting in one of the rooms. I took a couple of photos
then we decided to enter the basement. I felt a cold rush just flew
passed me. It was cold even I had my jacket on. Rick asked me if I
felt anything. The basement gave me the creeps since it looks so old
and historical. The basement was almost complete with copper stone or
some kind of stone. After a while, we decided to go back upstairs and
try to enter to the 2nd floor. We spend like 15 mins looking for a
hole or some kinda of enter to the 2nd floor. Either it was covered
up or it doesn't exist. We decided to take some outdoor picture, but
yet the windows was there. Rick told me that it might be an empty
floor since we couldn't find anything. Then we decided to the
cemetery.
