Martin's Fantasy Island is a child's dream come true as it was designed more for children then adults like 6flags amusement park. With over 100 rides such as the log flume, Silver Comet wooden roller coaster, a Petting Zoo, Wildcat, Chaos, Sea Ray, 100 ft giant gondola wheel, and patriot are just to name a few. The park itself has a wave pool and giant series of tubes for water sliding. There is also a camp ground, picnic area and a old western town where showdowns are watched. The reason why we investigated this place was for numerous reasons. Everybody loves theme parks, carnivals, thoughts of scary clowns, cotton candy, people screaming on the coasters is enough to get anybodies adrenaline going. But imagine being in a haunted theme park at night with just a few people and something supernatural watching you around every turn. Although often people only see what they want to see fantasy island has had some tragedies some have forgotten about such as the death on the giant Gondola wheel or the people who perished from the Devil's Hole ride. Besides those there have been a few other tragic incidents. Tragedy strikes when you least expect it and often people forget about the ones who lost there lives just being with there family while they are having a good time here. I wanted mainly though to investigate this place because as a child my father use to take me to watch the western shows where men would do a show down and fall off the roof. So not being here in years really brought back some memories.

Is this park haunted? Extremely! It is not a angry haunting but there is something in this park supernatural or rather a unknown force at work. Perhaps this is in relation to all the tragedies that have occurred here over the years maybe some kind of connection? We may never know. I am sure our visit brought joy to the ghost that haunt this park since a lot of them are probably children. We learned a lot from this investigation all the areas that are high in activity. Perhaps maybe the ghost that roam this park were excited that we were there to visit them rather then what everybody does which is visit the rides. But this was a real comfortable place the type of place you could roam for hours just walking around sitting on some of the rides letting your mind wander. This place has a lot of life and energy whether it is closed down or open the ghost of fantasy island will always remain.
