Lake Ola House
 
We walked through the backyard the weeds were high it had all the coincidences of a haunted house you see in the movie...the tall grass...broken windows...rotting wood etc. I was kind of careless and wore sandals through the tall grass. I just wanted to be comfortable for the evening and believe me I learned because on the way out of the house red fire ants attacked my feet and I got bites all over. I did bring my sneakers did not think I would need them for the house though bad bad me lol.
 
Anyway's we entered the side of the house and this place was LARGE definitely 1800's. The house was just that very spooky. I did not feel ghost present in the home as I did the Earlwood House. I felt that if I was in the house alone that it may have been a different case because some ghost are very shy. But I do think that something was in the house but just hiding perhaps in the attic or at the other house.
 
The one thing about this house is I would not be able to take a lot of photos or stay long did not want to upset the other house next door to it. I believe we got some light EMF readings but nothing heavy but there was a room upstairs that had some energy present.
 
You could tell the house was old everything was wood like the railing on the stairs...the bathrooms had claw tubs but these were much longer then most I had seen. I found the house to be more maze like and Kiska was getting impatient with it cause the activity was low. But sometimes you just do not get anything sometimes all you get is an EMF reading other times you get an apparition photo it varies per place.
 
If you ever been to a haunted house this was the place it was almost maze like as I went into one room and Jim came around the corner from another lol.  The house had 3 bathrooms..3 entrances and a kitchen upstairs even. I noticed in the one room there was an old dresser of some kind it was an antique which stood out not as paranormal but these little things we come across are always interested to go with the history to a location.
 
The team took off quickly a car drove by it was Kiskas bf  I stayed in the house alone for a few minutes and aha a I heard movement in the house. Sounded like something in the room over not sure what it was maybe walking or banging but something was in the house with me. Also a bird flew from the wall I was just to tired to even blink or care lol. I was like if you want to get me get me.
 
I then took some shots of the outside of the house felt very watched from the upstairs windows. It just was a very unsettling feeling. What was there was playing cat and mouse with me it knew my team left to the cars and it knew I stayed for it and it alone. We met back at the car I felt some rain drops my legs were being eaten by fire ants. I thought about going to the woods around the corner to hike around but with it raining I already had enough water for the day diving so we just moved onto the 3rd house.

LAKE OLA HOUSE

The next house we traveled to was across an abandoned field with tall grass. We silently moved across the field, making sure to be invisible. Rick was already there. Then next we heard the other investigator ran thru the grass, being very loud. We told her to quiet down. The four of us entered the dwelling. The suspense of being in a closed up house in a small town was wonderfully exciting. The house was very antiquesish and quant. We were allowed to take 3 pics each. Jim used the EVP and Tammy used the EMF. About 5 minutes into our investigation a car was driving by real slow. We thought it was crime watch, so we bolted; only to find out it was the other investigators boyfriend. We ended up with no data to show but the experience was great. Thanks Rick.
