We wanted to bring you some cemetery stories so we headed on off to Sanford Florida a very old historical city just outside of Orlando. We ended up investigating 7 places although we only had plans to do a few what turned out to be two cemeteries ended up being five of them all bordering each quite odd perhaps for burial grounds to have such a mix of faiths side by side. We investigated last night the Helen Stairs Theatre, Fort Mellon Park & Surrounding Historic Sites, Restlawn Cemetery, All Souls Catholic Cemetery, Lakeview Cemetery, Page Jackson Cemetery and Sanford Evergreen Municipal Cemetery. It is very difficult to actually write a full report since we skipped around cemetery to cemetery so I will give you a brief outline of each place which we will be returning to perhaps next year for a much larger scale investigation. Also last night we gained another investigator his name is Corey which puts our total team up to five investigators. Corey worked real well onto the team last night so it looks like as of now we got a very solid group something that has taken over a year to build here in Florida. Anyhow we started off a little later then usual which in a way benefited us for getting much better photos then I expected and so our journey begins here. Helen Stairs Theatre This is our second theatre investigation in a few weeks but this theatre is also historical so I am sure it has a ghost story or two. We parked in the historical city of Sanford and probably stuck out like soar thumbs as the city was like a ghost town. Approaching the theatre made it quite obvious that their was some energy surrounding it. I felt something more upstairs. If the theatre was open I probably would have taken the team in the lobby to take some photos but the only life to it was the lights illuminating the theatre itself. We went down an alleyway and right away an entity approached me I could feel it rushing at great speed towards us. I did not even have to talk to it because it knew what we were their for it was advanced. We carefully went down the alley as it seemed people nearby were in another alley so we had to use caution. We climbed a stairwell made out of rod iron and it went fairly high up above the alley. We all climbed it this area seemed to be for stage crew only.   We walked on the backside of the theatre and back around. It was pretty peaceful but I could feel a presence I sense more or less some level of curiosity.  We went back to the front and talked awhile as I took a few photos.  I noticed a feeling of something up in the third floor window watching us. This theatre had also a similar style to one I investigated up north lots of windows where anything could just watch.  The energy here was not strong but since it sat around the historical area I do not know if the ghost I felt are related to the theatre or the land itself. We took a few photos then started our ghost walk all the way down to Fort Mellon Park passing by an old fire station which we thought it would be cool if that was our headquarters lol.
