Goodwill Theatre

I have always wanted to investigate a old theatre for my faithful members of the group. We headed their to take a few perimeter shots it was awesome just being able to stand in front and look at the ticket counters raised my imagination of possibly something ghostly roaming its dark stage. We decided to come back when it was darker since that is when most theatres are open.

So we left and headed to the mall yes even us ghost busters must have fun time so we went to the mall caught the end of the Bills game, played at the arcade and of course checked out all the pretty women haha since I knew we had quite a night coming up. After having our fun we went out to eat a nice dinner.

The dinner was great we went to a Chinese buffet and ate unlimited sea food, crab legs, craw fish and of course lots of Chinese food yum after about eating 7 plates and a pot of tea I had enough energy to investigate and drive home. It was a highlight of our trip being able to eat such a nice dinner and even their was a giant cemetery on the mountain we could see out the window however we did not have time to check that out.

After dinner we entered the theatre it was very cold inside and very dark since no windows exist inside unless you are in the lobby area. We worked our way instantly to the basement. The ladder moved on its own like something bumped into it right before Mark caught the only ectoplasm shot on digital camera of a man. We worked our way under the stage their was a dead end tunnel and of course the stage was brilliant as you could see ripped curtains which made it pretty eerie like some death theatre. We worked our way up a stairwell which led to some costume rooms and offices they were pretty vandalized not much was left to view but some areas were colder then others. We eventually walked back down and made our way to the lobby, ticket counter and double stairwell leading to the second floor, studio room, and upper balcony. Not one seat we noticed remained they all were stripped. We took a few photos and made our way out.

The one thing I noticed here is the activity was very low although at times the pigeons were very startled and I thought a few times I heard mumbling or noises on stage. The theatre was not very large so it did not take long to be able to walk around and I believe we did get an EMF reading at one point so something is definitely here. After we got our job done here we headed for our final investigation of the Binghamton Asylum.
