Debary Hall

I was pretty excited to visit here I mean visiting the oldest mansion in Debary really makes you start to imagine what kinds of supernatural activities you will come across here. We ended up missing our turn here perhaps and ended up on the back entrance side which seemed a little more dark and woodsy.

We started walking down the road and right away you could feel cold spots but the one thing that stood out was the mansion. Its porches surrounding the entire house above and below really were an amazing site. If you ever seen a plantation type of mansion this would be it the place is huge probably 15 rooms if not more.

We started off walking past a dark cottage I felt something here when we pasted it just had that feeling so I saved that for last and particularly focuses our efforts on the mansion and its grounds.

We walked around the mansion and on the dark side of it you could feel as if something was there and I am almost sure something was because a nearby bench an entity was sitting on watching us that was the obvious. After walking around we walked up to a small little barn like building and an old house. This was the site of the caretaker I do not think they have a caretaker staying here though perhaps at one time but the house you could tell is old and perhaps has some history to it.

We walked around the mansion quite a few times at least six times and each walk around takes a very long time I mean it seemed the more we walked around it the more attention we gathered. Looking in some of the windows you could see the mansion had all the 1800s antiques and of course today its a museum but they tried to give it the 1800s feel. So in some of the rooms there were dim lights on and what got me perhaps was some of the stained glass on some of the windows here.

In one of the photos we took all of us just about were able to see this one Orb which my flash reflected off of near the back porch area. So there was some amount of activity here and in a few photos I could see the rolling mist in the flash. The energy here was not as strong as I would like to be but there is something supernatural here.

We started to head on off and ventured into the eerie cottage in the woodsy area. Aaron and Lee did not like this two room cottage but I was all excited to enter it. There was not an ounce of intimidation here I just wanted my photos lol. But I felt what they felt despite my excitement there was something in this cottage with us and perhaps it was ghostly its hard to say but what is here perhaps did not want to be bothered so we took out photos and went about our way.

Lee then climbed on up into one of the construction trucks he pulled the lever joking around and well it seemed that the skooper in front of it moved lol. Guess that someone forgot to turn it off but it was just funny because lately all we encounter are construction equipment all over and we never had something operable. Lee probably could have drove it all over the grounds haha if he wanted.

We eventually went to an old bar area part of Debary Hall as well. This place an an odd feeling about it I probably felt something stronger here then anywhere else. Perhaps because at one time animals were killed for food possibly or maybe since it sits further back and secluded from Debary Hall that its peaceful setting allows ghost to be more active around here. 

But after a grand investigation around the grounds we left peacefully to our next location which was Hollywood Cemetery.
