Cedar Hill Memorial Gardens has had its named changed to Daytona Memorial Park. It is split in two different sections the older one which sits on this giant hill and goes back into some woods. The other half of it sits across the road however before it was combined into one giant cemetery it had a different name so we wanted to keep them separately due to its size and the fact that they are divided  by a road.

The older area of this cemetery is very catholic in nature statues of Jesus, giant crosses, and even an area with many crypts. I would estimate that the cemetery was established in the late 1800s. Cedar Hill has a real eerie feeling as stones upon stones tilt all the way up its hills. Their is alot of supernatural activity here and although are photos do not do justice we noticed we were surrounded more so then the other half of it across the road.

Their is many prominent burials here from the Daytona area such as a politician by the name of  David Sholtz who was governor of Florida from 1933 to 1937. Then we have a famous race car driver who was buried here by the name Roberts also known as the Fireball. Last of all their is a baseball hall of fame player buried here by the name of Nap Lajoie where is grave has a ball and mitt on it.

Other then that the photos below will give you an idea of how elegant the cemetery is. Their are no vandalized stones a few weathered ones but for the most part its very well kept. This cemetery is the largest one in Daytona Beach.
