Tonight had to be one of the most funniest evenings in a long time as we did a few fun investigations. Every one of them turned out to be haunted and there was some amount of activity. Despite my silly holiday spirits and Marks goofy sense of humor we were again able to capture many apparitions tonight. We visited the Bethany Mansion, Maple Hill Cemetery which was a request, Darien Cemetery and Alden Fire Hall.  We ran into a little bit of a snow squall on the way up there but it was worth the drive to bring you once again another haunting story. So we headed off and our adventure begins here.

Bethany Mansion

This mansion is quite intimidating as we approached the property and got out of the van. Right away I noticed footsteps, track marks in the driveway so this place even though it was abandoned by the living, the living used it perhaps as a place to store wood. The mansion looks to be restored as well which seemed to have new insulation and siding being put on the addition. I do want to add this house is gorgeous but I do not like it I feel very uneasy here or something on the property does not feel right.

Ryan and I walked around back I opened the storm cellar and to my surprise seen a big fat cat standing frozen in its tracks looking at me then followed by a meow. The cat turned out to be a friendly little guy too as he walked right up to the doors watching us. We got regrouped then headed in the basement.

The basement here was very warm and clean. There was working electricity we noticed, sawdust from a power saw, a propane heater and no stairwell going up to the 1st floor. Everything was like brand new here. We though it was odd to lock up an abandoned house but to keep a basement hatch wide open with such expensive power tools. So we decided to take some perimeter photos and draw the ghost outside instead. Which we had a successful time doing. Mark and I caught a few nice photos but by this time I could not feel my hands so we decided to leave brrrr.

One thing I noticed is that the ghost here were very shy as whenever I walked off a few feet from the group I would capture something. I tried this when I had everybody get in the van and I walked up to the mansion alone I said there gone now come on out and in the flash I could see and entity 12 inches from my face so you tell me lol. The cat probably was more mysterious then the house. Although we seemed to capture alot of activity farther back behind the mansion itself. But none the less I felt watched no matter where we went and pretty uneasy about the cellar not having any stairs. So we caught a few apparitions to show you here then worked our way on over to Maple Hill Cemetery.
