Right away it was obvious it was in restoration phase. You could still see furniture inside the house as it looked like it was being restored for a drs office and another business.  I took some photos in front looked in some of the windows and James took a picture of me on the wooden deck out front. I did notice that the cold spots were a little bit more patchy.  I walked by myself on the backside where their is some woods and the cottage had a nice sized extension out back. I could feel something just glancing out that window at me. The ghost here seemed in my opinion curious of our presense.  We came around to another deck that we climbed onto and we were observing the different lights in the upstairs window. They could be anything a clock, alarm system, cameras, nightlight etc it was hard to say but it gave the place a gloomy feeling as the downstairs was dark and upstairs had these red to green lights. We took some photos and walked up the street that runs along the cottage. We actually walked quite a ways along the thick woods behind the cottage eventually taking the trail. The trail was overgrown in some areas and went in a few different directions. It was fairly hard to see cause we had very little light but I took the one I felt was interesting. We stayed in the woods awhile and came out into someone's backyard and I cut through some bushes eventually ending up back at the cottage. I did not see the guys so I grew curious eventually their came Lee walking around the corner from the sidewalk. I took some photos again and it seemed things were intensifying with energy and so the cottage turned out to be a very interesting place. We then visited our next location which was Orange City Town Hall.
